Dario and Rossana
Dario is Italian, 53 years old and he has been working full time in the care industry for many years between Italy and England, with broad experience in supporting autistic individuals, people with mental health issues, learning disabilities, dementia and Alzheimer's disease, the homeless and ex-drug addicts.
Being very passionate about psychology since he was an adolescent, Dario is also a Mindfulness Counsellor, accredited both in Italy by AssoCounseling and in the UK by The National Counselling Society.
In August 2018, Dario achieved a QCF Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Dario is currently working as a Teaching Assistant in a SEND school and he is also studying for a BSc (Honours) Psychology degree at the Open University.
Rossana is Italian, 42 years old and started helping migrants' children when she was very young and took care of lonely old people in her community. She has experience of end of life care, autistic individuals, people with mental health issues, people with learning disabilities, dementia and Alzheimer's disease.
Rossana has a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature and is also a Mindfulness Counsellor, accredited in Italy by AssoCounseling, with a particular interest in young adults' personal growth and their mental health issues.
Rossana like Dario is very fond of supporting autistic individuals and has taken a QCF Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care as well. Rossana is also a certified HLTA and is currently working as a Tutor in a SEN school which caters for children on the autistic spectrum or with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
